For the first time in Italy, Caroline Kepnes — author of the bestselling YOU saga, published by Mondadori, and of the acclaimed television series of the same name — will take part in a conversation with Fabia Bettini, co-director of Alice nella città, and Marco Corsi, editor at Mondadori, to explore the relationship between publishing and serialized storytelling.
The event will be enriched by the screening of the first episode of the Netflix-produced series YOU, which has become a true global phenomenon over time. A special opportunity to revisit and delve into the beginning of Joe Goldberg’s story, starting from the original first-person narrative of the novel.
During the talk, Caroline Kepnes will share the origins of the character and the narrative transformations that turned her novels into one of the most popular and widely discussed series of recent years.
