Italian Global Series 2026 introduces Midnight Screening, a brand-new section dedicated to late-night beach screenings on the public beach in front of Piazzale San Martino.
Created as an immersive viewing experience, the program brings some of the year’s most anticipated television series to a unique open-air seaside venue. Screenings will be enjoyed through wireless headphones, allowing audiences to experience every detail while preserving the surrounding environment.
The section is introduced by the tagline: “On the beach, no one can hear you scream…”.
Four nights, four major television events
The program features four highly anticipated international productions spanning horror, fantasy, and action.
The lineup opens with The Terror: Devil in Silver, the latest installment of the horror anthology produced by Ridley Scott and inspired by Victor LaValle’s novel, set inside a disturbing psychiatric hospital.
It continues with The Punisher: One Last Kill, the Marvel Television special that brings Frank Castle back in a new standalone story written by Jon Bernthal.
The third evening is dedicated to Alien: Earth, expanding the iconic sci-fi franchise with a story set before the crash of the USCSS Maginot on Earth.
The section concludes with House of the Dragon, featuring the opening episode of Season 3 as the conflict between Rhaenyra Targaryen and Alicent Hightower reaches a new turning point.
